A paid social media ad campaign launched this week by the David Horowitz Freedom Center is targeting universities that perpetuate double standards in free speech as the “Top Ten Ivory Tower Hypocrites.”
These are universities whose leaders have permitted woke leftist activists to run roughshod over campus rules and violate codes of conduct with impunity, while failing to extend even basic free speech protections to students and faculty with opposing views.
“At far too many campuses, the same administrators that have defended the free speech rights of Jew-haters, Hamas supporters, or radical gender activists have blatantly failed to secure the same rights for those with opposing views,” states the report.
The Freedom Center’s social media blitz will place eye-catching graphics and posters exposing each university’s hypocrisy directly into the Facebook and Instagram feeds of individuals with a connection to each campus.
Each post will also link to a detailed report documenting the universities’ hypocrisy in enforcing double standards surrounding free speech on campus.
The ten universities targeted by the social media campaign are:

The Freedom Center’s campaign calls on President Trump and Congress to hold the administrators of these universities to account for their double standards in protecting free speech on campus and withdraw federal funding from those who do not immediately rectify this duplicity.
